* Return and Exchange

Following conditions will qualify under Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. If we make a size measurement mistake, the dress will be sent as corrected. If there is a delivery man, you don’t have to pay the delivery charge if you return. If the delivery man leaves, you have to pay the delivery charge twice.
  2.  Check in front of delivery man. After the delivery man leaves, complaints such as torn, not getting the dress, etc. will not be accepted.
  3.  We do not have any return option.(For Coustomized products)
  4. In the case of accessories, if there is any damage to the product, the return will be taken. It must be checked in front of the delivery man.
    No complaints will be entertained after the delivery man has left.
